- 2.5 pounds yukon gold potatoes
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp thyme or oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- Sea salt sprinkled on at the end.
Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Then cut wedges.
In a small bowl combine seasoning.
In a large bowl throw all the fries in there, add the seasoning, and toss to coat.
Lay out evenly on parchment paper (2 trays)
Sprinkle on sea salt crystals.
Bake 425° for 30- 40 minutes. Broil on high at the end to crisp up.
Serve with vegan nacho cheese sauce, marinara, or homemade oil free hummus and ketchup mixed 😉
