Pizza Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 pounds yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme or oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Sea salt sprinkled on at the end.

Directions:

Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Then cut wedges.

In a small bowl combine seasoning.

In a large bowl throw all the fries in there, add the seasoning, and toss to coat.

Lay out evenly on parchment paper (2 trays)

Sprinkle on sea salt crystals.

Bake 425° for 30- 40 minutes. Broil on high at the end to crisp up.
Serve with vegan nacho cheese sauce, marinara, or homemade oil free hummus and ketchup mixed đŸ˜‰
